Medistat NY provides information concerning healthcare-related professional and administrative services, including virtual telehealth support, LCHSA and FI requirements, CHHA and therapy service evaluations, DME prescriptions, transitional care management, and in-facility monitoring. Website descriptions are general and may not describe every qualification, limitation, requirement, or term applicable to a particular service.

The availability and scope of services may depend on professional judgment, eligibility, contractual arrangements, licensure, location, payer requirements, and applicable law. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the public website or Services at any time.

The Services, including their design, text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other content provided by Medistat NY, are owned by or licensed to Medistat NY and are protected by intellectual-property laws. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDISTAT NY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PUBLIC WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
